Joe is the founder and Managing Principal of Colm Advisory, LLC. Prior to founding Colm Advisory, Joe worked as a Director in the Deals Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in financial due diligence. Joe has advised on over 300 mergers & acquisitions transactions, representing private equity firms and corporations, evaluating the acquisition or divestiture of businesses of all sizes.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania (inactive) and a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
